Mindfulness & Yoga retreat – highlights

Join us for 6 nights and 7 days in this simple yet powerful mindfulness retreat to reset your mind.
It is our best-recommended option as you will have plenty of time to settle down, get used to being you and then really go deeper in exploring your body, its wisdom, and potentials.

You are welcome to the retreat no matter what your meditation experience may be. It may be your first meditation retreat, perhaps your first mindfulness encounter, or maybe you have been practising meditation for some time.

The retreat introduces the basic principles of mindfulness meditation for health and well-being and then gradually takes you deep into experiencing your body and mind fully.

To help you achieve the best results during these 7 sunny days, we are combining Yoga, healthy food, sound sleep, peaceful environment and clean air to restore your energies for starting or deepening your mindfulness meditation practice.

Benefits of participating

If you are someone who is constantly on the go, an anxious person, a worrier and hard on yourself, then the retreat will help you be non-judgmental, less reactive, more gentle and compassionate to yourself; and provide the time and space to focus on the things important to you in the moment.

If you suffer from long-term physical conditions such as bodily pain, fibromyalgia, allergies, headache, and migraine to name a few, this retreat will help you manage those feelings and thoughts and be more resilient. Our expert teachers can help you tap and unlock those resistances.

Things to do

It is not purely meditation, as we understand that you may not be familiar with long hours of sitting. Unlike other silent meditation retreats, we are deliberately flexible. We believe that the retreat should also be fun. Therefore, we have planned daily for you various fun activities, such as hiking, swimming, and star-gazing.

We also recognise the need for 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring for personal development. This is suitable if you feel stuck in your life due to past events, and need a breakthrough, our team of professionals certainly can provide you confidential listening, non-judgemental attitudes, and new insights.

11:00 – 11:15 Short break
11:15 – 12:45 Session 1 – Guided Mindfulness Meditation
13:00 Mindful Lunch & Cleaning up
14:00 – 17:00 Mindful Break (Personal time)-          Mindful exploring-          Time to relax and reflect-          Swimming-          1-2-1 (15:30 – 16:30)-          Time for massage (please arrange in advance – extra cost applies)
15:30 – 16:30 Optional One to one with Nitima or Karuna (please arrange the session in advance)
17:00 – 18:30 Session 2 – Guided Mindfulness Meditation
19:30 Light dinner and Clean up – Personal time thereafter

*Please note the routine is only a guideline. You may find optional activities during the break like going to the beach or exploring the area.

Airport transfer fee:
The nearest airport is Faro in Portugal from the retreat venue and takes roughly an hour drive.
It will cost you approximately £65 for a single journey if you come with a taxi. However, if you prefer to be picked on our designated slots with three or more others, we can arrange for discounted rate of £20 per person for single journey or £40 per person for return. Please ensure to arrange the transfer with us in advance.
