It is a mindfulness retreat and you will have a chance to improve your health, resolve relationships and reflect on their career path if needed – all in one umbrella.

  • Improving health is pivotal, as it is the foundation. Most physical crises are reflections of un-dealt emotions. For example, stress has a direct contribution to a headache, migraine, physical pain, weight gain, then they slowly turn into chronic fatigue, anxiety and depression. Mindfulness practice will address these directly in a non-violent and safe way. By paying kind attention to the hostile thoughts and feelings, you will gradually learn to accept, transform and let go of them. Once the emotional side is calmed down, the physical side will naturally improve.
  • Resolving relationships is in our second list is because the next thing that affects you most is relationship. Relationship with yourself, relationship with others. You are a social being and as a social being you either desire relationship and become obsessed with it or you fear complications of relationship. You will learn to balance both. When you change the relationship with yourself, automatically and radically the relationship with others will improve too.
  • Reflecting on your career path is the third important aspect of life, whether you are single, married, parents, our livelihood determines our state of well-being. When we are not earning our worth, we feel unhappy, sad and angry. Most of us stay in the same place even though we know it is not healthy, but never look to broaden our expertise due to fear of unknown. You will explore your options, network with others, get coaching from us and put a clear plan for your future. You may even form long lasting friendships in the retreat.

This mindfulness retreat is not a competition, running away from your problems and ordinary yoga retreat where you go away and do stretching hoping to fix all emotional problem.

It is certainly not who we are. And we don’t promise you anything that we don’t feel you cannot do. You don’t need to be someone who you are not. In fact, we encourage and become happy if you show who you really are – we will be completely non-judgmental, supportive and as friendly as we could be. How much you want to work on yourself is up to you. We will only go as much as you want to go. If you are not comfortable sharing, you will have 1-2-1 personalised sessions with either Karuna Priya (mindfulness coach) or Nitima Priya (integrative therapist).

Each package price includes 4 or 6 nights of accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner and 3 snacks per day, transfer to meditation spots out of the main venue, 3 meditation sessions per day, extra activities (hiking, star-gazing, swimming) and one-to-one session with Karuna or Nitima.

We recommend that you ARRANGE A TRAVEL INSURANCE before traveling. Flights and transfers are NOT INCLUDED.

2.) After submitting the booking form a member of our team will get in touch to discuss details such as payment preferences and travel arrangements.

Please notice that payments can be made in full or by instalments as at least a deposit of 30% must be paid on the booking date and the remaining amount can be paid up to 30 days before your retreat date.

3.) We advise you to book your flight as soon as you book your place in our retreat.

The nearest airport is Faro airport in Portugal. From the UK there are many low-cost daily flights with Ryanair, Easyjet and Monarch. Usually, Ryanair is the cheapest as return tickets prices may vary between £80 – £150 depending on when you do the booking.

4.) Airport transfer: it will cost approximately £65 for a single journey if you come with a taxi. However, if you prefer to be picked on our designated slots with three or more others, we can arrange for discounted rate of £20 per person for a single journey or £40 per person for return. Please ensure to arrange the transfer with us in advance.
